The webpage at chrome://help/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

"chrome://help/" Page still exists and updates chrome with the latest version available in the market. Request you to please let us know for which version of chrome and OS you are facing this issue, also request you to please try again and update us accordingly.
