Tabbing through chrome://md-settings/accounts will utter "group" 3x purpose of control isn't clear to visually impaired ChromeVOx Next users.

bugs: repro steps (I did X and expected Y but Z happened!)
1. ctrl+alt+z to enable ChromeVox > search+shift+q+q to switch to Next
2. chrome://md-settings/accounts
3. Tab 7x

Observed:
Group 3x

Expected:
enable guest browsing, checkbox, checked
enable supervised user, checkbox, check 
show user names and photo on the sign-in screen, checkbox, checked
restrict sign-in to the following users, checkbox, not checked
