Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Enable bookmark bar
2. Have a very long list of websites in the bookmark bar so that when you click on the >> icon, the list of bookmarks that show up requires scrolling
3. scroll up or down (MUST)
4. right click on a bookmark, and select delete
5. nothing happen

What is the expected behavior?
Should delete the bookmark

What went wrong?
When you have a long list of bookmarks on the bookmark bar, so long that when you press >> to expand the list, it still require scrolling to see the full list
scroll up or down
try to right click on the bookmark and delete
nothing happen

if you click >> and right click on any bookmark without scrolling, delete works
