Radio button unusable in TryCaviar menu item selection.

Project Member Reported by wkorman@chromium.org, Jul 9 2016

Issue description

On Linux 53.0.2785.8 dev:

1. visit https://www.trycaviar.com/san-francisco/tonys-pizza-napoletana-522
2. Click 12" Classic American Pizza
3. Try to click 'Classic Pepperoni' radio button, note no visible change.

Clicking the radio buttons in 'If Item Unavailable' section if one scrolls further down in the popup causes the filled portion of the default selected radio button to vanish.

Could be a paint invalidation bug.

I can repro this on Windows as well with 53.0.2785.8 dev-m (64-bit) and it did not repro on Windows with 53.0.2767.5.
