A few more details: - It seems important where the focus was before resizing a browser window. When the focus is not in the location bar bad things happen. - It is sufficient to just shrink the browser to its minimum height. - all keyboard shortcuts are blocked, not just F5 to get to overview mode. Cannot use Ctrl+N, F8, F9, Ctrl+T, etc. - can be reproduced with --ash-md=disabled, likely an old bug or unrelated to ash-md.

This seems to work in 55.0.2883.17 (Official Build) dev. Can we close it?

#5, nah, still happening for me (57.0.2951.0) with exact steps in #2. But since it is old and not specific to overview mode I will make it available and deprioritize. I think bad things happen when the focus is in a view that gets resized to zero-area such as when a browser or an app running in a window is reduced to minimum height (just a frame header) with focus elsewhere.

varkha@ I can't reproduce in M 61 Dev. Let me know if you can't and we can close.
