This issue was created automatically by the chromium-try-flakes app. Please find the right owner to fix the respective test/step and assign this issue to them. Since the tests aren't able to start at all, it doesn't seem likely that it's the tests themselves. Seems like an infrastructure thing. droger@, are you aware of what might cause something like this?

sync_unit_tests doesn't even exist anymore. Closing this as obsolete since it was probably an infra issue anyways.
