Blurry fonts when hardware acceleration is enabled.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.106 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
When hardware acceleration is enabled.
1. Open Google Sheets
2. [CTRL] F to find
3. The text entered in the search field is blurry

Blurry text appears on many other sites and scenarios - it's not just Google Sheets.

What is the expected behavior?
Text should be sharp like other text on the page.

What went wrong?
The text was blurry

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes 

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.106  Channel: stable
OS Version: Debian Sid

Components: -Blink Blink>Fonts
The same blurring effect happening when the mouse hovers certain areas of the screen.
