fileproget.com link causes chrome file->"Quit Google Chrome" button to be de-activate/greyed out requiring forced quit

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.103 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Links to fileproget.com force loading of app loader and locks browser 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? The file->"Quit Google Chrome" should never be deactivated by any link or app. What went wrong? Links to fileproget.com force loading of app loader and locks browser Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 51.0.2704.103 Channel: n/a OS Version: OS X 10.11.4 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0 This is a security issue with site that should be blacklisted. And it is a bug in Chrome that allows the Quit button to be de-activated

I also can't reproduce this, so it doesn't seem like there's any action we can take based on this report. If you could provide any other details, we'd appreciate them.
