[Password Generation] Manual generation popup appears in the top left corner of the page

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable #enable-manual-password-generation on chrome://flags/
(2) Go to any site with password input field (e.g. linkedin.com)
(3) Make right click at the password field and generate password.

What is the expected output?
Generation popup should appear next to the password field .

What do you see instead?
Generation popup appears in the top left corner of the page (see attached screenshot).

The problem is that manual generation shows the popup at the last focused password element. But right click doesn't change focus immediately. The focus is changed when the context menu has been closed. So, the last focused element is unknown when password is generated.
