Issue descriptionChrome Version: 54.0.2791.0 Revision 05f35eab096fe52eab3af2c6db191c1285dc5a68-refs/heads/master@{#404283}(32/64 bit) OS: Windows,Mac,Linux Steps: 1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://md-settings/siteSettings/camera. 2. Click on camera drop-down list, select the option from list and observe. Actual: Camera drop-down list does not close after selecting the option of list. Expected: Camera drop-down list should close after selecting the option of list. This is a non-regression issue seen from M-53, as this is a new feature introduced in build no-53.0.2763.0 https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/53.0.2761.0..53.0.2763.0?pretty=fuller&n=10000 Suspecting: r398708 ?

Is this still happening? I don't have a camera to test this with, but the same control is used for microphone and that seems to work fine...
