This might not be a blocking issue for crbug 614588. We need to check whether options had this feature.

The cookie list will (with a recent change) update on page refresh.

patricialor@, what do you think? Should the cookie list update interactively or only on refresh?

Only on refresh SGTM. Updating interactively as the user navigates the web, seems it would be pretty noisy.

Hmm, this is the cookies list displayed in site-data.{html,js} files right?

I agree with dpapad - the current behaviour seems fine to me (I think right now it updates when the url changes to become chrome://settings/siteData).

If we wanted to make it a little bit nicer we can show a toast saying cookies have changed, refresh to see the latest list. But I'm not sure anyone has bandwidth for that currently.
