Issue descriptionChrome Version: 54.0.2791.0 Revision 05f35eab096fe52eab3af2c6db191c1285dc5a68-refs/heads/master@{#404283}(32/64 bit) OS: Windows(7,8,10), Mac(10.10.5,10.11.4),Linux What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://md-settinga and then click on 'Site settings' in 'Advanced' section. (2) Click on 'Cookies' option, add any link in exception and click on that link observe. Spacing between added link and line below the 'Site details' is not proper. Spacing between added link and line below the 'Site details' should be proper.
