(1)Be on Google's Desktop site (in the U.S.) and search any word on Google (2)Go to "Advanced search" located under settings menu on the right-hand side (3)Locate "last update" section and change the field to any option except "anytime" (Ex. choose "past week") (4)Click "Advanced search" button on the bottom (5)Once you're redirected to Google's search page, click the search button. (Note: before you click the search button, you may change the content inside search box, but do not make it empty) (6)The search will cause a graphical bug where the search bar will move toward the left and lay over the Google logo

The issue is also present in Firefox and Safari. This is not a Chrome product issue, but rather the Search UI issue. Filed the bug with the Search team. |
