Storage manager: The total size of other users are shown as "Calculating..." forever.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Make sure there is only one user on chromebook.
(2) Click "Storage management" in chrome://settings.

What is the expected output?
The size of other users should be "0 B" if there is no other user.

What do you see instead?
The size of other users is shown as "Calculating..." forever.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
