Device name 'Laptop L-1440px' is seen chopped in devtools.

Issue description

Version: 54.0.2790.0 39c812dd971e69397daec3d9ba31136c9d4c845d-refs/heads/master@{#404030} (32/64-bit)
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, open NTP and go to devtools
2) Now open emulated view and select 'Responsive mode' and click on RHS of device dimension tab.(Please refer attached video)
3) Now hover mouse over the third rectangular grey box from RHS and observe the device name 'Laptop L-1440px'

Actual : Device name 'Laptop L-1440px' is seen chopped
Expected : Device name 'Laptop L-1440px' should be seen properly

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-49 series as 'Laptop L-1440px' device dimension appears from build # 49.0.2623.23

Status: Untriaged (was: Unconfirmed)
Able to reproduce the issue on Windows, Mac and Linux, so changing the status to Untriaged so that the issue would get addressed.

I don't think this is a big problem. It doesn't happen unless you emulate very large screens.
