Issue descriptionWe should have Paygen list pass/fail per channel on the waterfall, as well as per-channel suite links. The fact that it can be generating for more than one channel, and that those channels can fail is often confusing to people. Splitting out to multiple stages would be better, but is much harder to implement.

Ningning showed me that any stage can launch sub-stages, which makes this much, much easier.
