It seems to have been fixed on the code.google.com side! The code.google.com links redirect me to bugs.chromium.org, and they all work now. Either it was fixed, or I experienced some kind of temporary outage. I'm quite sure the code.google.com links did result in some kind of Google code branded error page, but I can't reproduce it now. I tried all links on the page and they all work. I think you can safely close this issue, but it might be prudent to change the code.google.com links to the bugs.chromium.org pages they redirect to, in case code.google.com becomes completely defunct.
