Could you please point to exact which link you are clicking?
It seems to have been fixed on the code.google.com side! The code.google.com links redirect me to bugs.chromium.org, and they all work now.

Either it was fixed, or I experienced some kind of temporary outage. I'm quite sure the code.google.com links did result in some kind of Google code branded error page, but I can't reproduce it now.

I tried all links on the page and they all work. I think you can safely close this issue, but it might be prudent to change the code.google.com links to the bugs.chromium.org pages they redirect to, in case code.google.com becomes completely defunct.
