performBatchUpdates in history_collection_view_controller should update the model as well.

Under certain conditions, updating the data source before executing |performBatchUpdates| causes problems.
What we are supposed to do is update the data source *in* the block passed to |performBatchUpdates|.

If the history's collectionview isn't crashing, then this is a low priority bug.
