After restarting the browser and navigating to History page, error page opens.

OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10), Linux (14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, go to chrome://history.
2) In a New tab go to chrome://flags, enable 'Material Design history' flag and restart the browser.
3) Go to chrome://history page and observe.

Error page opens on navigating to chrome://history.

chrome://history page should open.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-49 series (Chrome version: 49.0.2578.0).

Note: Issue is not seen on Mac OS.

Status: Untriaged (was: Unconfirmed)
Able to reproduce the issue on Windows and Linux. Changing the status to Untriaged so that the issue could get addressed.

This is to do with the transition away from Uber frame. It will only happen when manually enabling the MD History flag, so users should not see it.

Closing as WontFix.
