[Chrome][Android 6.0.1][M51] number translation error at www.kma.go.kr/weather/main.jsp

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to Settings > language > set English
2. Launch Chrome
3. Go to www.kma.go.kr/weather/main.jsp
4. Touch "TRNSTLATE" at "This page in in Korea, Translate it to English" pop up

What is the expected behavior?
Page should be translated to Korean.

What went wrong?
"-" is followed by 16, 24, 38.
For example, 24 is translated to 24-.

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? N/A 

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.103  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.0.1

I cannot reproduce this. (Chrome 54, but that doesn't really matter - translation is handled server-side, outside of Chrome)

Please let me know if it still occurs for you. Also, if it does, please attach a screenshot that's not scaled down - I cannot really see the numbers on the original screenshot

It is reproducible on M54.

1. the screenshot after translate Nexus5x.pn is very blurry and I have no way to tell what is going wrong here.
2. after translate_1.png & after translate_2.png both show me a red high light area showing the following text
"
거문도
3.5-
m / S
0.4m
"

Could you be specific what is wrong with that. What do you expect to see?
