What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, navigate to above URL and launch app.
2) Now observe the scroll bars on RHS of page

Actual : Unnecessarily two scroll bars are seen
Expected : Only one scroll bar should be seen

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-34 series (Chrome version: 34.0.1751.0)
