What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. log into ultima device and add few IMEs from chrome://settings 
2. flip the device into tablet mode 
3. touch on any input fields to bring up the virtual keyboard
4. touch on Globe icon to switch ime  

What is the expected result?
The current IME should be switched to next one.

What happens instead?
Nothing happens.

Works fine in Chrome 52.0.2743.57/ 8350.44.0 - minnie
