Telemetry performance dashboard graphs deceptive when missing data points.

Issue description

The media.tough_video_cases benchmark was disabled between 3/17 and 5/11. However, when I looked at the graph, I thought that there was a single point in time over which performance suddenly degraded. The x axis of the graph is non-linear, which is very confusing.

Feature request: could we change the x-axis of the graph to be linear?
