Get AMD Linux driver version from a different place

The newer AMD Linux drivers use a different place to store their version information.

In gpu_info_collector_linux.cc, we should

1) check /sys/module/amdgpu/version first
2) if no /sys/module/amdgpu/version, check /etc/ati/amdpcsdb.default
