What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to chrome://md-settings/advanced
(2) Under Languages -> English (United States) click the triple dot menu
(3) Click language settings, then go back (back button or back arrow)
(4) You're at the top of the advanced section (same thing happens with Site Settings)

This is *not* the same behavior as other sections like Appearance -> Customize Fonts. Also not the same behavior on ChromeOS

What is the expected output?
Stay on same menu item when returning
