Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.106 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Have ChromeVox installed and enabled 2. Open development tools on current page 3. Make ChromeVox inactive using a shortcut What is the expected behavior? ChromeVox is inactive and there are no voiceover What went wrong? ChromeVox is still enabled inside developer tools, providing voice over Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 51.0.2704.106 Channel: stable OS Version: Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Able to reproduce the issue on Linux chrome version 51.0.2704.106 - Pressing Ctrl and selecting some text the speech is heard. Could you please let us know the shortcut key which you have used to inactive chromevox
