Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. in chrome: entered chrome://flags
2. enabled "Developer Tools experiments"
3. relaunch the browser
4. go to settings

What is the expected behavior?
should show the the option "Experiments=> canvas inspection" in the settings

What went wrong?
cannot see  the option "Experiments=> canvas inspection" in the settings
