Can not Delete from my PC..?

The Bug is i can not delete Chromium from my computer, i use chrome right now and I do not wish to have this program on my PC, went to control panel to uninstall Chromium and it does nothing. also trying to find Chromium in program files and can find nothing. thank you for taking the time with my problem. note, i do not wish to buy a new hard drive or wipe my hard drive just to get rid of this program.

You can delete the program on win8.1 from control panel>Programs>Programs and Features select the program and uninstall Could you please mention the OS details where you are facing the issue

Hi. Generally when we see reports of "I cannot uninstall Chromium", it is the result of some unwanted software that has force-installed Chromium on users' machines. If removing it via the "Programs and Features" control panel does not work, you could try finding and deleting the files (possibly in C:\Users\YOU\AppData\Local\Chromium\Application). You could also try running the Chrome Cleanup Tool (https://www.google.com/chrome/cleanup-tool/) to see if it finds any software that it suggests be removed. Since Google Chrome is not involved, I am closing this issue for now. Please re-open if you are having trouble uninstalling "Google Chrome". |
