There is something a little misplaced with this bug request. Chrome stable is since quite some time at version 52. Chrome with LBS has been working on 50 with no complaints so far. Could it be that it was rather the recent update of LBS to version 4.5 which had a known issue with URLs being trimmed when loaded in IE that you are describing. It has been fixed in v4.6 btw. If it is anything else we will need some more precise description with screenshots if possible to be able to help out with this issue. Also check in chrome://policy if all LBS settings are properly set and visible to the browser.
