Regression: .GIF files is not playing on Clicking on it

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign in to user>> or Browse as guest>> go to above link>> try to play .GIF files>> and observe

Expected: .GIF files should be able to play on clicking on it
Actual: Instead .GIF files is not playing

This is a Regression issue as .GIF files playing fine in M50: 50.0.2661.103/7978.74.0

Issue is not seen in Linux

Note:
1. Issue is not seen in today's build M54: 54.0.2787.0/8549.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel Peach-Pit, Wolf
2. This issue is might be Parrot specific

This is a Regression issue as .GIF files playing fine in M50: 50.0.2661.103/7978.74.0 Stable-Channel Parrot

Issue is not seen in Latest Stable Channel M51: 51.0.2704.103/8172.60.0 Parrot, .GIf files is playing fine.

If this is Parrot specific, then (a) who has a Parrot device to debug with and (b) what is specific about Parrot that might cause the issue?

It seems highly unlikely that it is a Blink bug rather than a hardware-specific issue.

Could test engineering please verify that the bug is only present on one device?

What was the previous working revision so that I can look at the changelogs?

issue not reproduce on Parrot with build 8743.23.0/54.0.2840.15. Clicking on GIF file it can show the image.
