(3) Click on 'Clear Browsing Data' in Privacy and security section.
(4) Observe the spinner on the dialog.

What is the expected output?

The spinner rotation should be visible in the form a line with a varying length.

What do you see instead?

The spinner rotation looks like a dot going around a circle.
