What steps will reproduce the problem?
Run test NativeThemeMacTest.SystemColorsExist

What is the expected output?
Test passes.

What do you see instead?
Test crashes on CHECK:
FATAL:material_design_controller.cc(65)] Check failed: is_mode_initialized_
