When Ever I Write Nulledphp on google it's show a line on more then 4 5 links i attach a image which clear what i want to say :)

This is not a bug in Chrome. The search result page is showing a snippet of text from a page on the web that happens to use strange Unicode code points that control the direction of text. Arguably, this is a bug in Google Search, because perhaps it should filter such characters from search result snippets. I'll file a bug internally for the Search team.
