Regression: Focus is not going off on the launcher icon even after clicking somewhere out of the Window on the launcher icon |

Issue descriptionVersion: 54.0.2787.0/8545.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel veyron_Jerry, Gnawty, Blaze OS: Chrome What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Sign in to user>> go to launcher>> Click somewhere out of the launcher window>> and observe the Launcher Icon on the bottom left corner Expected: Focus should go off after closing the launcher Actual: Instead focus is still seen on launcher icon even after clicking somewhere out of the Window This is a Regression issue as issue is not seen latest M51: 51.0.2704.79/8172.47.0 stable-channel Gnawty Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows
