Issue descriptionVersion: 54.0.2787.0 (Official Build) 229c5186fc07b397ec91db5f03367db2cf06f9a9-refs/heads/master@{#403602} (32/64 bit) OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10) Precondition: Change the browser language to Hindi from chrome://settings. What steps will reproduce the problem? 1) Launch chrome, go to chrome://settings, right click on the page and observe the context menu. 'Reload frame' option is not seen in Hindi. 'Reload frame' option should be seen in Hindi. I can confirm that the Hindi translation is available in TC. No issue from a localization perspective.

Okay I think it's because I added a hotkey to the string. So it requires a new translation which I assume will be coming in time for M53 stable.

Based above Comment#5,Marking the bug as M-53 stable blocker which can be revisited when the translations are available before M53 stable release. Please feel free to re-change it back to M53 beta blocker.
