Issue descriptionChrome version : 54.0.2787.0 (Official Build) 229c5186fc07b397ec91db5f03367db2cf06f9a9-refs/heads/master@{#403602} (32/64 bit) OS : Windows (7,8,8.1,10), Linux(14.04 LTS) and Mac(10.10.5, 10.11.4) Pre-condition : Please enable 'Material Design history' flag from chrome://flags. What steps will reproduce the problem? 1) Launch chrome and generate some history by visiting any web page. 2) Now go to chrome://history and middle click on 'Reload' button. (Duplicate tab is seen) 3) Navigate to the duplicate tab opened in step 2, observe. Actual : All history records are missing after opening a duplicate tab using middle mouse click. Expected : All history records should be visible after opening a duplicate tab.
