Regression : Ripple Effect of checkbox is seen overlapped with the Text

Version:54.0.2787.0
OS: Ubuntu 14.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome -> Sign into Profile
(2)Now go to chrome://md-settings page -> Click on "SIGN OUT" Button
(3)Check the checkbox of "Also remove your.." and observe its ripple effect(please refer video)

Expected: While unchecking and checking the checkbox  Ripple Effect should not be overlapped with the Text

Actual: Instead Ripple Effect of checkbox is seen overlapped with the Text

This is Regression Issue broken in M-54
