Regression:Weird white patch is seen after clicking on print button of pdf file.

Chrome Version:54.0.2787.0 (Official Build)Revision 229c5186fc07b397ec91db5f03367db2cf06f9a9-refs/heads/master@{#403602} (64-bit)
OS: Mac (10.11.4, 10.11.5)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to http://www.orimi.com/pdf-test.pdf
(2)Click on print button form top and observe.


Actual: Weird white patch is seen after clicking on print button.

Expected: Weird white patch should not be seen after clicking on print button.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M54' and will soon update other info.

Note: Issue is seen on embedded pdf as well
Step 1: Navigate to https://msu.edu/~urban/sme865/resources/embedded_pdf.html ,click on print button,observe

Manual regression range:
Good Build: 53.0.2785.0
Bad Build:  54.0.2787.0

Suspecting: 403424 ?
