This sounds like the work of a Chrome extension that way be installed on your computer. For example, this one or another one like it: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/do-i-sound-like-a-nazi/dbhfbchkgfpkjljghlmnbdbgflhdpohg To see which extensions you have installed, navigate to chrome://extensions/ and disable or uninstall anything that looks suspicious. Please let us know if that solves the issue.

Closing as per lack of feedback and we cannot reproduce. Also there clearly are extensions installed in the screenshot. |
