Block popups notification points at the bookmark bar

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. It asks for notifications
2. Click block
3. See notice that says "if you change your mind click here"

What is the expected result?

It points at the icon on the ominbar

What happens instead of that?

It points at my bookmark bar below it

This is a UI-Aura issue.

Able to reproduce the issue and is a non regression since seeing this from M40 Builds (40.0.2181.0). Issue is also observed on Windows (Win 7), MAC and Linux OS (Ubuntu 14.04). Screen shot attached.

Untriaging it so that it gets addressed.

This is part of the website's user experience on which Chrome has no influence.

While it's certainly nice of them to do this, it's also fragile as they'll have to update their site each time a browser changes their UI— that is, if they can know of different states at all, which isn't the case here.

Please contact the website and ask them to consider the bookmark bar :-).
