Video not playing on coursera web site...

Reported by grk...@gmail.com, Jul 3 2016

Issue description

features: When using the popular Coursera learning site at

https://www.coursera.org/learn/

None of the training videos actually play in my current version of Chrome (Chromium v 54.0.2787.0 64 bit)
They did play before - possibly in an older version of the browser, so I don't know what has changed.
This is obviously a large part of what that and possibly other sites which use the same method to play video content is about so I think we definitely need it to work!

bugs: I loaded several courses from Coursera, and tried to play the videos however nothing happened when in Chrome. To be exact the video looked as if it was going to appear but the twirly circle symbol in the centre of the video appeared as if I needed to wait, however it didn't move (twirl) and the video never played. When using Firefox or Edge browsers the content did play.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 7, MAC 10.11.5, Ubuntu 14.04 for chrome canary version 54.0.2787.0. The site is undergoing some maintenance activities due to which some videos did not play. Please try again and let us know if the issue still persists. Please try a system restart, relaunch chrome in case the videos still do not play. Please update us with your observations.

Thanks.!
