Youtube 4K videos are played jerkily in Chrome 53.0.2783.2 on Fedora 24

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2783.2 Safari/537.36

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start playing video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iNJdPyoqt8U
2. Switch to 4K quality
3. 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Youtube 4K videos are played jerkily in Chrome 53.0.2783.2 on Fedora 24.
- CPU Intel® Core™ m5-6Y57
- GPU Intel® HD Graphics 515 (Skylake GT2)
If this video download and playing in Totem player, video played more smoothly. Also video played smoothly in Firefox 50.0a1.
