ChromeVox is localized into 46 languages. In order to have ChromeVox speaking in your language, you need to do two things:

1. Have your computer's (and browser's) locale set properly.  
2. Have installed a voice in that locale (and possibly, set that voice as default in the ChromeVox options page; available through ChromeVox + o, o).

This will result in ChromeVox speaking all text, including announcements, and any web page text (regardless of language in that text) in the locale set.

i talk about chromium os / chromeos. not mac or windows
