Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.103 Safari/537.36 Example URL: data:text/html,<div style="width:100%;height:100%;position:fixed;top:0;left:0;backdrop-filter:blur(45px);background:rgba(0,0,0,0.5)">DROP-ISSUE</div> Steps to reproduce the problem: 1: Enable experimental features flag. 2: Navigate to the data:text page. What is the expected behavior? No bleeding as in how you see iOS' Notification Center or MIUI's statusbar with Blur (No bleeding) What went wrong? Bleeding from blur() function of Backdrop-filter. On http://codepen.io/gesteves/pen/aOMwGR, toggle Developer tools, and a white bleeding appears. Try to select anything on Dev Tools, a blue blur appears. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? No Does this work in other browsers? tkonchada@: you need to enable the "Experimental Web Platform features" flag, not the Canvas one. That said, I can't repro the problem with this codepen, even with the former enabled.

Still can't repro this. I'm suspecting something GPU-specific. clintniglet1337@gmail.com: could you attach the contents of chrome://gpu on the affected machine?
