Do we only infer the system's time zone based on its location at boot? I flew from PDT to MDT yesterday with a suspended peppy device. When I resumed, it was still using PDT. After I rebooted, I saw the time zone correct itself after a few seconds. Perhaps we should also update after resume, since it seems not unlikely that people will suspend Chromebooks while traveling.
