Negative text filters in network panel

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.103 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
http://finance.rambler.ru/currencies/consensus/

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open network panel
2. write in filter input with regexp flag
^((?!yandex).)*$

What is the expected behavior?
extra lines should be gone

What went wrong?
does not disappear .*yandex.*

That regular expression will not exclude domains in that manner.

use: -domain:*yandex* instead without regexp flag set.
