browser will start with set of pages that were open before it was closed

Thanks for taking the time to file feedback! What operating system are you using?

No problem.  I would try to do it as much as I could, but I don't like
using the the bugsfix page.  Is there any other way to let you guys know
when I have one?  Or is this just the best way for the bug to be tracked,
fixed closed, etc?

Strange, this works for me on Chrome OS. I'll keep it open for now until we can test on Windows as well. Please let us know if it starts working.

And yes, this bug tracker is what we use to plan our work. Though you can also file issues through the Chrome menu: "Help > Report an issue"

This issue has been Available for over a year. If it's no longer important or seems unlikely to be fixed, please consider closing it out. If it is important, please re-triage the issue.
