site displays broken

Issue description

Many sites displays with white rectangles(inbox search bar in attachment).

mac osx 10.11, chrome 54.0.2787.0 canary (64-bit)

I have external 1080p montior, and many sites looks broken
White rectangles appears, looks like css doesn't working right

Right white rectangle not visible in stable version of Chrome.
At vk.com white rectangles appears on both sides.

Hi, thanks for reporting the issue. 

I was unable to reproduce the problem, but if you have the time to try a couple of things and take screenshots for codewars.com/dashboard, it would be very helpful.

First, can you try updating Chrome Canary to see if the problem has gone away? There was a similar problem recently: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=625213 (sorry, the bug incorrectly has restricted access - a bug in our bug tracking system).

If the problem persists, can you try launching with the flag "--disable-mac-overlays" to see if the problem goes away? If it persists, can you remove that flag and try launching with "--show-composited-layer-borders" and take a screenshot of the result?
