Chrome Canary 53.0.2785.1 Black Screen

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.1 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Update to Canary 53.0.2785.1
2. Open Chrome Canary
3. Only Black Screen appears

What is the expected behavior?
The browser interface should've appear

What went wrong?
Only Window Title and Black interface appears

Did this work before? Yes Before the browser automatically updates to 53.0.2785.1

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.1  Channel: canary
OS Version: 10.0 (Windows 10, Windows Server 2016)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

When I run it in Compatibility Mode for Windows 7 it works fine
