Issue descriptionI have been running Chrome Canary for quite some time. It's been working quite well for me. But today - all of a sudden - when I opened it as usual, my screen went all blank. There was no tabs, no navigation bar, no nothing. I then reinstalled it. No use. Then, I cleaned up the Chrome SxS personal folder and started it up again. Then, I got to see the normal Chrome window again. I used it for an hour or so. I closed it and opened it again. The blank screen came back!!! Finally, I "ran it as administrator" and it started up normally again. And I am writing this message in that window. I am on Windows 10.

Quote from my comment in Issue 625352 : I am using 53.0.2785.1 and hit the same issue after upgrade from last build. rom's workaround worked for me but required some modification in steps: 1. after hitting the issue, restore the windows size. 2. Re-size the window to a smaller one. 3. right click on Chrome Canary icon on taskbar and start a new window.

Thanks for taking the time to file a bug! This sounds like a temporary regression in the latest Canary. Please report an issue through the Chrome menu ("Help > Report an issue") if it continues in the next update. Thanks!
